Objective:Observing the implementation of TCM clinical pathway in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with allergic purpura,in order to help further improve the path. Methods:A total of 306 children with allergic purpura admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to whether they used clinical pathways or not.Group, children with clinical pathways were used as path groups.Using retrospective studies, statistical pathway group and non-path group average hospitalization days, average hospitalization expenses, drug cost ratio,anti-infective drugs and glucocorticoid use days, exit syndrome scores, efficiency, etc.,evaluation and To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical path management in children with allergic purpura.Results:1.The median number of hospital stays in the path group was 8.5,which was lower than that in the non-path group. The average hospital stay in the path group was significantly lower than that in the non-path group(P<0.05).The revised hospital ization cost in the path group was 3402.55,which was significantly lower than that in the non-path group 3935.7.(P<0.05).2.The proportion of the total group hospitalization expenses for the path group was 0.33±0.11,which was lower than the non-pathpost drug cost ratio of 0.46±0.10(P<0.05).3.The average glucocorticoid use days in the path group was 6.77±6.33 days, and the non-path group was 9.73±8.90 days. The path group was significantly less than the non-path group(P<0.05),and the patients who did not use glucocorticoids were excluded. After the procedure, the amount of glucocorticoids in the path group was M11.17,which was lower than that in the non-path group of 14.90(P<0.05).4.The path group average discharge symptom score was smaller than the non-path group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the path group was 81.4%,the total effective rate of the non-path group was 76.7%,and the total effective rate of the path group was higher than that of the non-path group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using TCM clinical pathways can reduce the number of days and average dose of glucocorticosteroids, reduce the discharge syndrome scores of children, improve the efficiency, reduce the average length of hospital stay, reduce the cost of hospitalization, reduce the proportion of drug costs, improve the discharge syndrome score, and effectively There are advantages in other aspects.Under the premise of effectively saving medical expenses, the clinical results are satisfactory. It shows that the clinical path model of Chinese medicine has a clear role and value in the treatment management of children’ s HSP,which is worthy of promotion.
