Clinical Study Of Huatan Dingxuan Decoction In Treating Phlegm Turbidity And Disturbance Type Essential Hypertension

Objective:to observe the effect of huatan dingxuan decoction in treating phlegm turbidity and disturbance type primary hypertension,and to discuss the mechanism of huatan dingxuan decoction,so as to provide clinical ideas for the treatment of such diseases.Methods:the study will conform to the test standard of 80 subjects were randomly divided into trial group and control group,40 cases in each group,control group routine oral enalaprilat maleic acid treatment,treatment group on the basis of conventional drug treatment combined use of phlegm anti-dazzle soup,4 weeks is 1 treatment course,test duration is 1 treatment course,after the test,observe two groups of blood pressure drop,and the blood fat,homocysteine and the changing situation of TCM symptoms.Results:After using the drug treatment in the experimental group,24 cases had significant antihypertensive effect,10 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.The overall effective rate was 85.00%.The total effective rate was 52.50%in the control group(n=12,n=9,n=19).Rank-sum test was used to compare the difference in antihypertensive efficacy between the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that there was a significant difference in antihypertensive efficacy between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.014).TC values before and after treatment(t=2.87,P<0.05)were significantly different in the experimental group.After using the drug treatment in the experimental group,there were 19 cases of TCM syndrome with significant effect,16 cases of TCM syndrome with effective effect,and 5 cases of TCM syndrome with ineffective effect,with an overall effective rate of 87.50%.In the control group,7 cases showed significant effect after treatment,14 cases were effective,and 19 cases were ineffective,with an overall effective rate of 52.50%.The rank-sum test was used to compare the therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes between the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that the therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes between the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:HuatanDingxuan decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs is superior to conventional antihypertensive drugs alone in the treatment of essential hypertension with phlegm turbid disturbance,and has a benign effect on blood lipid metabolism.It has obvious advantages over the control group in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,HuatanDingxuan decoction has important practical value for dialectical treatment of essential hypertension in clinical application.
