Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Stage Ⅰ And Ⅱ Anal Fissure With Qudu Decoction And Compound Carrageenan Cream

Object: To observe the clinical observation of Qudu decoction combined with compound carraghenate cream in the treatment of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods: A total of 90 patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissures were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30),control group 1(n=30),and control group 2(n=30).The observation group was treated with Qudu decoction and combined with compound carrageenan cream.The control group 1 was treated with Qudu decoction,and the control group 2 was treated with compound carrageenan cream.Through clinical trials,the pain,blood in the stool,and pain relief time after defecation on the one day before treatment and the 1d、 4d、 7d、 11d、 14 d after treatment were observed and compared in the three groups,as well as wound healing and overall effectiveness after treatment.Results: 1.Comparison of observation indicators: There were significant differences in anal pain,blood in the stool and pain relief time after defecation in the three groups at different time points before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that all three groups can effectively improve anal pain,blood in the stool and shorten the pain relief time after defecation.1.1.The efficacy of pain relief symptoms was ranked from high to low: observation group > control group 2 > control group 1,and the difference between groups was significant(P <0.05).Ⅰt showed that the observation group can significantly alleviate the pain symptoms of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure,and the curative effect is significantly better than that of control group 2 and control group 1.1.2.The efficacy of relieving bloody stool symptoms was ranked from high to low: observation group > control group 2 > control group 1,the difference between groups was significant(P <0.05).Ⅰt showed that the observation group can significantly relieve the symptoms of blood in the stool of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure,and the curative effect is significantly better than that of control group 2 and control group 1.1.3.The order of shortening the pain relief time after defecation was from high to low: observation group> control group 2> control group 1,the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Ⅰt indicated that the observation group can significantly shorten the pain relief time after defecation in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure,and the curative effect is significantly better than that of control group 2 and control group.2.Comparison of wound healing after treatment: After the rank sum test,the difference of wound healing scores on the 14 d after treatment was statistically significant(c2= 7.967,P = 0.019<0.05).Compared with the observation group,the difference between the control group and the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group in promoting wound healing.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The rank-sum test was compared,and the total effective rate was statistically significant after the end of the three groups(c2 = 7.190,P = 0.027 < 0.05).The total effective rate of the three groups was 100% in the observation group,93.33% in the control group 1,and 96.67% in the control group 2.The total efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2.Conclusion: Qudu decoction combined with compound carraghenate cream can effectively alleviate the pain and blood in the patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure,shorten the pain relief time after the stool,and promote wound healing.Ⅰt is an effective method for the treatment of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure.
