Objective: Through the establishment of a quantitative diagnosis model for coronary heart disease heat syndrome,an objective and recognized quantitative index and a diagnostic diagnosis mathematical model were created to achieve the standardization and standardization of the combined diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease heat syndrome. Methods: On the basis of literature search and expert questionnaire consultation, the first edition of the Diagnostic Scale for Coronary Heart Disease Heat Toxicity was established, and then the small-scale test and different statistical methods were used to screen, forming the second edition of the diagnostic scale. Then, the scales that have been formed are tested and evaluated from the aspects of reliability, validity and responsiveness to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the scale. Finally, the diagnostic scale is used as a measurement tool, and the syndromediagnosis model of coronary heart disease heat syndrome is established through the empowerment of indicators. Results: This time, the diagnostic scale of coronary heart disease heat syndrome was developed. After comprehensive research,it was concluded that the syndrome diagnostic scale responded well in terms of reliability, validity and response. Therefore, the diagnostic criteria for the syndrome of coronary heart disease heat syndrome were established, and the diagnostic threshold was 148.5.The diagnosis of standardized coronary heart disease heat syndrome was preliminarily formulated. Conclusion: The diagnostic scale of coronary heart disease heat syndrome is determined in literature search, questionnaire survey, medical statistics, etc. It has good accuracy, feasibility and clinical application value. The research results of this scale will provide reference ideas and methods for other related studies of coronary heart disease heat syndrome and other standardized syndrome research.
