Reliability And Validity Of Clinical Expert Questionnaire For Coronary Heart Disease And Its Combined Treatment

Validity test:Coronary heart disease therapy questionnaire each module are respectively extracted two factors, the accumulative contribution rate between 83.7%-90.0%;Coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure of each module are respectivelyextracted two factors, the accumulative contribution rate between 80.1%-89.6%;Hypertension and coronary heart disease of each module are respectively extracted two factors, the accumulative contribution rate between 76.6.%-87.8%;Coronary heart disease and stroke of each module are respectively extracted two factors, the accumulative contribution rate between 82.2%-91%;Coronary heart disease with diabetes every module are respectively extracted two factors,the accumulative contribution rate between 87.1%-90.3%;Patients with chronic nephropathy of each module are respectively extracted two factors,the accumulative contribution ratebetween 75.8%-87.4%;Multiple factor analysis(MFA)results show that,Each module to extract two common factors, the cumulative contribution rate was more than 70%,each module staging classification problem has a certain degree of polymerization,the correlation method,prescription,medicine of the three variables, scale structure is clear,has good validity.Conclusion:Through the questionnaire science test,proof of coronary heart disease and its consolidated disease(heart failure, high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes, chronic kidney disease) Therapeutic Therapeutic clinical expert questionnaire has good reliability and validity,Can be more comprehensive response to the clinical characteristics of coronary heart disease and its treatment of the merger of the governing law,Investigation of coronary heart disease and its combined diseases can be carried out by using the questionnaire method and principle of treatment of the next step.
