Clinical Study Of Tiaoshen Ankun Decoction In Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome With Deficiency Of Kidney Yin And Yang

OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tiaoshen Ankun Decoction on Perimeno Pausal Patients with kidney yin and yang deficiency,and to study the mechanism of action of this Prescri Ption.METHODS: Sixty-six patients with Peri-meno Pausal syndrome of kidney yin and yang deficiency were enrolled in the gynaecology clinic of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into two grou Ps.One group was the observation group(33 cases).The group received oral Chinese medicine Tiaoshen Ankun.In the other group,the control group(33 cases)received oral Estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules The clinical sym Ptoms of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.E2(estradiol),FSH(follicle estrogen)and LH(Luteinizing hormone),were observed before and after treatment.BGP(osteocalcin),PTH(Parathyroid hormone),CT(calcitonin),TC(total cholesterol),HDL(high density li Po Protein),LDL(low density li Po Protein),Changes in related indicators.RESULTS: Sixty-two Patients with criteria were selected for this study,with an average age of the patients was 53.05±3.08 years old.The average duration of disease was18.92±5.40 months.It was divided into the observation group of Tiaoshen Ankun Decoction and the control group of HRT.The number of observation group was 32 cases and the number of control group was 30 cases.There were significant differences in the indexes between the two groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was 93.75%,and the totaleffective rate of clinical symptoms in the control group was 96.67%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the TCM syndrome observation group was 96.88%,the total effective rate of the control group was 93.33%,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in modified kupperman score between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores(P>0.05).After the end of the treatment,E2,endometrial thickness,BGP,CT,HDL increased,LDL,PTH,FSH,LH,TC decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in E2,BGP,FSH,TC,LDL,LH and HDL between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference of CT and PTH was statistically significant(P<0.05).
