Case Correlative Research Of 2000 Patients Among Distribution Of TCM Syndrome And TCM Constitution Of Gastric Polyps

Objective: Under the guidance of TCM theory,to study the distributio n of TCM syndromes of gastricpolyps and the correlation of constitution types,and creating a new treatment method is to combine discriminating diseases,distinguishing TCM syndromes,and distinguishing TCM constituti on,this new way is used to prevent gastric polyposis.Ways: Using epidemiological investigation methods,to investigate and study the demographics,medical history,clinical manifestations,tongue images,gastric images and pathological tissues of 2000 patients with gas tric polyps.TCM syndrome type,constitution type and pathological type j udgment by 2 deputy directors and above doctors,Analysis with SPSS23.0.Results: 1.The patients with higher Hp infection rate were spleen an d stomach dampness syndrome;2.The type of evidence is related to the su rface morphology;3.The syndrome type is related to the pathological typ e;4.The syndrome type has a relationship with its constitution type.Conclusion: Analysis of the distribution pattern of TCM syndrome type s and the correlation of constitution types in patients with gastric poly ps,it is of great significance for studying the pathogenic factors of th is disease,the occurrence and development of this disease,and the preve ntion and treatment of prevention and treatment.
