Objective:To systematically and comprehensively study the analgesic effect and mechanism of music intervention on analgesia after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy, objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy and feasibility,in order to improve the pain situation of patients after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids, and to provide certain theoretical basis and feasibility thoughts and methods for future clinical treatment and nursing. Methods: 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion of case data were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). The control group was given routine treatment after operation, while the experimental group was given music therapy on the basis of the control group.Observe the pain and psychological status of the two groups in detail,to fill in and record the post-operative pain questionnaire and the State Anxiety Scale(S-AI),and then to collect the relevant data for statistical analysis. Results: Clinical observation showed that the pain score and state anxiety of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion: Music intervention can effectively relieve the pain and anxiety of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. |
