Clinical Study Of Pujin Magan Chaihao Granules On Children’s Acute Bronchitis With Syndrome Of Wind,heat And Dampness

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and security of Pujin Magan Chaihao Granules in treating children’s acute bronchitis with syndrome of wind,heat and dampness.Method:66 cases of acute bronchitis with syndrome of wind,heat and dampness,which met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group(33 cases)and the control group(33 cases).The treatment group were treated by Pujin Magan Chaihao Granules,taking with water,the control group were treated by Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid orally.The treatment course of both groups was 5 days.The two groups filled in the case observation form respectively before treatment,at the third day of treatment and after treatment.After the observation,the quantitative indicators were analyzed statistically.Results:Results show that the total effective rate,total score and primary symptom score of the treatment group is better than the control group(P< 0.05).And the secondary symptom score of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusions:The Pujin Magan Chaihao Granules can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of children suffering from acute bronchitis with syndrome of wind,heat and dampness,and improve the clinical curative effectwith less side effects.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
