Objective: Sang Ju Shegan granules wind-heat treatment of acute bronchitis, the efficacy of relying on phlegm, systematic obs ervation and research, and to explore its mechanism of action, for the treatment of acute bronchitis in children seeking new ways and new approaches. Methods: Acute bronchitis in children consistent with Western medicine and Chinese medicine, hot air laden phlegm cough diagnostic criteria, 60 children were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) to give Sang Ju Shegan granules in the control group (30 cases) to give urgent Supported Liquid oral syrup, two are 5 days for one course, the clinical efficacy were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 96.67% in the control group, the total effective rate was 80.00%, treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). To improve the cough, expectoration, sore throat and other major symptoms, signs, chest radiograph, cough relief and recurrence rate and so the time the treatment group were better than the control group (P <0.05). The two groups no adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion: Sang Ju Shegan wind-heat treatment of granules laden phlegm and effective prescription, is worthy of promotion and application.
