Effect Of Daqinjiaotang On Acute Cerebral Infarction And Its Syndromes

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Daqinjiaotang in treating acute cerebral infarction through its influence on syndrome score of patients with acute cerebral infarction,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40in each group.The control group was treated with basic Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Daqinjiaotang,Decoction for 14 days.The symptoms scores of the two groups were observed and recorded for 1 and14 days,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）were observed and recorded for 1-7 and 14 days.Statistical analysis was carried out by means of?^（17）test,Fisher’s exact probability method,t test,t’test and rank sum test.Result:After 14 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the scores of syndrome of internal wind and yin deficiency were significantly improved in the observation group（P<0.05）,and there was no significant difference in syndrome scores of internal fire,phlegm-dampness,blood stasis and Qi deficiency（P>0.05）.On the 14th day of treatment,there was a significant difference in the improvement of NIHSS score between the observation group and the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the improvement of NIHSS score between 2-7days after treatment（P>0.05）.Conclusion:1.The mechanism of Daqinjiaotang is to calm the internal wind by reinforcing liver and blood,to achieve the goal of treating acute cerebral infarction,and to improve the symptoms and signs of patients.2.Daqinjiaotang can treat deficient fire caused by Yin deficiency and heat generation by nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,but it can not be used to treat the syndrome of excess fire in acute cerebral infarction.
