Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction With Wind - Phlegm And Resisting Syndrome By

Objective:The clinical efficacy of Xingtengtongluo decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with wind and sputum to prevent network card, verified its safety and effectiveness.Methods:60 cases of acute cerebral infarction with wind and sputum to prevent network card were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases); The patients of control group were treated with Edaravone Injection 30mg bid, and Cinepazide Maleate Injection 160mg qd for 14 days.The treatment group, meanwhile using the Xingtengtongluo decoction,served 14 days. On the 1 and 14 days evaluated the two groups of patients with neurological deficit score, stroke with wind and sputum to prevent network card score before and after treatment of,and evaluated the safety of the decoction.Results:1、After treatment the two groups of patients of neural function defect score were less than before treatment,the difference is significant (P<0.05); The treatment group after treatment,the effective rate was 90.00%,higher than that of control group76.67%,the result has significant difference (P<0.05); 2、Both groups after treatment, the score of wind and sputum to prevent network card was less than before treatment, this has significant difference (P<0.05); The treatment group after treatment, the effective rate was 90.00%, higher than that of control group30.00%,two groups have significant difference (P<0.05);3 Examinating the patients on the 1 and 14 day,which prompted the medicine was safe.Conclusion:Xingtengtongluo decoction could improve acute cerebral infarction with wind and sputum to prevent network card, could promote the recovery of neurological function.
