| Objective: To explore the possible role of TCM massage combined with emotional adjustment in the rapid rehabilitation of TKA and its principle of action,and to observe the clinical effect of TCM massage combined with emotional adjustment for rapid rehabilitation after TKA.Methods: Patients who underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine due to knee osteoarthritis between June 20 and March 2019 were strictly selected according to diagnosis,inclusion,exclusion and rejection.Standards,a total of 40 effective cases were selected,40 knees,communicated with patients in advance and solicited patients’ opinions.Confirmed that the patients carefully filled out the information,ranked the patients according to the order of admission,and generated random numbers by spss25.0 software into experimental groups.In the control group,20 patients in each group were 20 knees.The experimental group was given a rapid rehabilitation program using TCM massage combined with emotional adjustment after TKA.The control group was given a rapid rehabilitation program after routine TKA.SAS,SDS,and VAS scores at the end of daily rehabilitation training at 1d,2d,3d,5d,and 7d;2d,3d,5d,and 7d after surgery were removed after 2d,3d,5d,and 7d after surgery.At the end of the day of rehabilitation,the VAS,SAS,SDS scores and knee AKS scores were 0°,knee flexion 45° and knee flexion 90°.Finally,all the above data were statistically analyzed and concluded using spss25.0 software.Results: 1.There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group and the control group were from 2 days after surgery until 7 days after surgery.The SAS and SDS scores were statistically significant(P < 0.01).By comparing the Mean Rank of the two groups of data,it can be concluded that the mood of the experimental group is significantly more moderate than that of the control group,and the emotional state of both groups will gradually become better with the increase of time.2.There was no statistically significant difference in static VAS scores after rehabilitation training on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th postoperative days(P>0.05).On the 2nd day after surgery,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.P=0.041<0.05).In addition,by comparing Mean Rank,the pain control and recovery rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.3.The VAS scores of the two groups in the knee flexion at 45° were significantly different on the 2nd,3rd,and 5th postoperative days(P=0.031<0.05,P=0.001<0.01,P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference on day 7(P=0.310>0.05).4.At 3 days after operation,the active knee flexion activity of some control groups was less than 90°,which could not form an effective control.The VAS scores of the two groups of patients with knee flexion at 90° were statistically significant at 5 and 7 days after surgery(P<0.001,P=0.045<0.05).5.The postoperative AKS scores of the two groups were significantly different at 2d,3d,5d and 7d after operation(P=0.001<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.001,P=0.001< 0.01),through the comparison of Mean Rank,it can be easily seen that the AKS knee score of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group.According to the collected ROM data,all the patients in the experimental group have reached the recovery of knee flexion ≥90° at 3 days after operation.To the extent that only 9 patients in the control group were able to achieve knee flexion ≥90°,the recovery rate of the experimental group was significantly faster than that of the control group.At the same time,we can see that the gap between the two groups is gradually decreasing with the increase of time.Conclusion:In addition to relaxing muscles,the massage technique can also improve the muscle strength of the affected limbs by pressing acupuncture points and joint activities,so that the joint mobility can be improved,the venous congestion of the lower extremities can be reduced,and the pain can be relieved and the blood flow of the lower limbs can be improved.situation.After total knee arthroplasty,the massage technique was applied to perform early knee joint function training,to help the patient to exercise the squat pump,and to perform long-shrinking training such as quadriceps and rope muscles.At the same time,the postoperative technique was assisted by massage techniques.Rapid recovery can effectively eliminate knee dysfunction,exercise muscle strength of the affected limb,and improve the movement of the affected limb.With the adjustment of emotions,the negative mentality of patients after surgery can be greatly reduced.In addition to improving compliance with doctors,it can also more effectively overcome the fears and worries caused by the pain they suffer.Through emotional adjustment,the level of patient recovery has improved,and the improvement of the patient’s recovery level will in turn have a positive impact on the patient’s own emotions,and the two complement each other.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and massage therapy in the rapid rehabilitation of TKA is effective in improving the rehabilitation level of patients,improving the patient’s medical experience and increasing patient satisfaction.It can shorten the recovery time of patients,reduce the suffering of patients,and the clinical operation is simple.It can be participated by family members to form a post-operative rehabilitation model of hospital-patient-family,which has a promotion significance. |
