| Taking Wuhan City for an example, this paper studies the58AIDS’emotional state with the help of Jonathan H. Turner’s emotion theory analysis model, and attempts to explore the emotional adjustment process of the aids, and how to deal with the failure of the emotional adjustment.The current academic studies on the problem of AIDS, care very for the AIDS patients emotional problem, From the sociological perspective, The author using the emotion theory to study the AIDS’emotional state. Emotional adjustment required for a successful personal initiative to stimulate and support from the society, so we try to find a way to help AIDS groups to adjust emotion. In the existing theory and research results in the foundation, this paper not only can supplement the relevant research, also can enrich the theory of the emotions and expand the application field of the emotions theory.At present, the AIDS patient in a situations of discrimination, exclusion and "stigma", the demands of the self certification and group engagement cannot be satisfied, will experience the emotion of shame and denial, loneliness and anxiety, fear and despair. In order to get rid of emotional pain, the AIDS will adjust their emotion.But with the different ability and quality, as well as the support degree difference will make AIDS patients with emotional adjustment appearing two kinds of results, on the one hand, individual initiative play good, outside support is enough, can be successfully adjustment; but when individual initiative and external support is insufficient, the adjustment will failure, the aids will be in a emotional dilemma such as "shame-anger-enhanced shame-enhance anger"Emotional difficulties will brings double injury of mental and physical to the AIDS, when the number of individual is increased, the individual emotion risk will become social risk, Therefore need to fundamentally solve the problem, to help the AIDS patients have good emotional adjustment.This paper mainly from two aspects try to explore coping strategies, the first is to create a new situation of open, tolerance and no discrimination; secondly we should establish and perfect the AIDS patients emotional support system, in order to help them achieve good emotion regulation, reduce the social risk and ensure the harmonious development of society. |
