| Objective:To observe the general situation(sex, age, etc.),intimamedia thickness(IMT),degree of vascular stenosis,ABI and characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with moderate and severe smoking occlusive arteriosclerosis(ASO),and to analyze the pathogenesis of tobacco moyamoya disease in blood vessel disease,so as to provide primary and secondary prevention of ASO.Thoughts on prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into four groups according to smoking index:non-smoking group, mild smoking group, moderate smoking group and severe smoking group. The general conditions(a ge,sex, etc.),IMT,degree of vascular stenosis,ABI and TCM syndrome scores of each group were observed. Results:By comparing and analyzing the statistical results of four groups:non-smoking group, mild smoking group, moderate smoking group and severe smoking group,ASO mostly occurred in middle-aged and elderly people over 60 years old,and the occurrence and development of ASO will accelerate with the increase of smoking age.Smokers are more likely to be associated with hypertension, dyslipidemia, coronary heart disease and other risk factors.IMT of femoral artery was thicker than that of common carotid artery in four groups, and with the increase of smoking index,IMT of femoral artery and common carotid artery increased;ABI decreased;stenosis of iliac artery and left femoral artery increased;flow velocity of posterior tibial artery, anterior tibial artery, dorsal pedal artery and peroneal artery decreased;internal diameter basically had no significant difference.According to TCM syndromes, there were significant differences in Yang deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome and Fire-heat syndrome among the four groups(P<0.05).With the increase of smoking index,ASO symptoms became more and more serious. Conclusion:Smoking can accelerate the progress of ASO,advance the age of onset, and aggravate the condition of ASO.At the same time, smoking not only directly affects the occurrence and development of ASO,but also has a significant impact on its risk factors.Tobacco smoke belongs to the complex pathogenic factors of fire collection, heat, dryness, astringency, turbidity and toxicity.Long-term exposure to tobacco smoke can gradually change the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of smokers, and cause blood vessel lesions. |
