Objective: The purpose of this study is to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment by collecting,collating and summarizing the medical records of the first-time visiting patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease treated by Professor Xue Yitao.Methods: From February 2017 to December 2018,145 medical records of the first-time visiting patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease treated by Professor Xue Yitao were collected and input into the software of "TCM inheritance support System(V2.5)" to analyze his experience in medication.Results: Through the analysis of 145 medical records and 145 prescriptions and 135 traditional Chinese medicines involved,it was concluded that most of the patients were 52-71 years old;most of them were male;most of them are heart blood stasis syndrome and heart qi weakness syndrome;the drugs used frequently are Sharen,Danshen,Huangqi,Gancao,Chaihu,Puhuang,Guizhi,Dangshen,Wulingzhi and Zhishi;the drugs used mainly are mild,cold and flatness,five tastes mainly are sweet,bitter and spicy;the drugs mainly enter the spleen,liver and heart meridians;the drugs pairs used mainly areDanshen Sharen,Gancao Sharen,Huangqi Sharen,Danshen Huangqi,Danshen Chaihu,Puhuang Danshen,Chaihu Sharen,Gancao Chaihu,and obtained seven potential new parties.Conclusion: Through the analysis of medication experience,it is concluded that Professor Xue Yitao mostly uses warm and sweet medicines,the drugs mainly enter the spleen meridian.He advocates the treatment of invigorating qi,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals.He pays attention to regulating the whole body Qi,regulating liver and spleen,and tonifying kidney.
