| Objective: According to liver step-down party intervention stage1 hypertension clinical observation research the effectiveness of the arterial stiffness,explore the liver step-down set by the party of the ACC/AHA 2017 adult hypertension prevention,detection,evaluation and management of guide [1] under the standard 1 period high blood pressure(i.e.,"normal blood pressure high value" of China’s hypertension guidelines)the influence of early arterial elastic function in patients with high risk.Methods: Relying on the scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine industry special project 2014 "demonstration community quality step-down research of traditional Chinese medicine",the prospective,randomized completely,ck,single blinded clinical research method,will complete the test of 82 cases of aged 30~79,clinic blood pressure(CBP)130 ~ 139/85 ~ 89 MMHG,syndrome differentiation for something Kang Sheng certificate of eligible subjects,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,respectively give simple lifestyle change and Chinese medicine compound "liver step-down particles",a course of 24 weeks,The changes of brachial-ankle PWV(ba PWV)in the experimental group(n=32)and the control group(n=30)were compared,and the short-term effect on CBP was evaluated.Results: There was no difference in baseline characteristics between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,there was no significant change in brachial artery systolic blood pressure(SBP)in the two groups(P>0.05),but brachial artery diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the control group was higher than that before intervention(P>0.05),and brachial artery DBP in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,ba PWV in the control group increased(P>0.05),and the average drop of ba PWV in the test group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: There was no difference in baseline characteristics between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,Si SBP of sitting brachial artery in both groups showed no significant change(P>0.05),but Si DBP of sitting brachial artery in the control group showed an increased trend(P>0.05).After intervention,Si DBP of sitting brachial artery in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,ba PWV in the control group increased(P>0.05),and the average drop of ba PWV in the test group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.01). |
