Clinical Observation Of Shexiang Sihuang Granule In The Treatment Of Motor Aphasia After Cerebral Infarction Of Phlegm Heat Viscera Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shexiang Sihuang Granule on motor aphasia after cerebral infarction of phlegm-heat-fu-solid type,enrich clinical treatment methods and improve the efficiency of clinical treatmentMethods: This study selected 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Encephalopathy of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to September 2018.According to the order of admission,they were divided into treatment group and observation group with 30 cases each by random number table method.The observation group was given routine treatment of cerebrovascular diseases(referring to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in 2014).The treatment group was treated with Musk Sihuang Granules on the basis of the observation group.After 14 days of treatment,the changes of language function score,aphasia grade,neurological deficit and TCM syndrome score were observed in the two groups.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data processing and analysis of clinical observation indicators.Counting data were tested by two tests,measurement data were tested by t test,rank sum test,P was bilateral test,P<0.05 showed significant difference,P<0.01 showed very significant differenceResults:1.Comparing the curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the observation group was 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the aspect of TCM syndrome integral,the two groups decreased compared with before treatment;after 14 days of treatment,the treatment group was better than the observation group.2.In terms of language function scores,there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01);between the two groups,the scores of conversation,repetition,naming,reading and writing in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the observation group(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the observation group;there was no significant difference in understanding between the two groups(P>0.05).3.In the aphasia severity classification comparison: before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups,after treatment,the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the observation group.4.In NIHSS score: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.01);there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the observation group.Conclusion: Shexiang Sihuang Granule has good curative effect on motor aphasia patients after cerebral infarction of phlegm-heat-fu-solid type,improves the language function and nerve deficit symptoms of patients,and improves the TCM syndromes of phlegm-heat-fu-solid type.It provides an effective method for the treatment of motor aphasia after cerebral infarction.
