Analysis Of Clinical Application Characteristics Of External Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Knee Arthralgia Before The Republic Of China

Objective:to collect literatures related to external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee arthralgia before the republic of China and analyze the clinical application characteristics of knee arthralgia.Methods: in the fifth edition of the Chinese medical for retrieving source,retrieves the literature sorting,establish a database and analysis.Results:172 books were involved,among which 1302 articles met the requirements,including 928 acupoint prescriptions and 374 drug prescriptions.The acupoints were 82,among which 60 were specific acupoints,and the main meridians were the bile and stomach meridians,mainly distributed in the lower limbs.Commonly used with yangling spring with jump,wind city,Yin ling spring.Drug 255,involving 19 types of drugs,such as blood circulation and blood stasis drugs,surface medicine,dispelling wind and dampness drugs,mostly warm,flat,hot,mostly bitter,sweet taste.Commonly used with ginger with gelatin,frankincense,myrrh,scallion and so on.Conclusion:before the republic of China,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for knee arthralgia has many methods,and the use of medicinal acupoints is standardized and effective,which can provide reference for modern clinical treatment of knee arthralgia.
