Clinical Study On TCM Ta Stains Treatment Of Postpartum Arthralgia(Denseilium Inflammation) Qi And Blood Deficiency Syndrome

Objective : Observe the clinical therapeutic effects of treatment for Postpartum arthralgia with external application of Chinese herb.Methods:60 patients suffering from Postpartum arthralgia,were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,each group of 30 people.The treatment group treated with regular basis and external application of Chinese herb treatment.The control group only treated with regular basis.To verify the clinical curative effect of external application of Chinese herb on Postpartum arthralgia.Results:After treatment for 14 days,Statistical analysis,in terms of disease curative effect,the control group and treatment group total effective rate of 83.3%,96.7% respectively.In terms of improve TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the two groups are 83.3% and 83.3% respectively.Above comparison had statistical significance(P < 0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control groupConclusion:external application of Chinese herb has effective therapeutic on Postpartum arthralgia and clinical curative effect is distinct.external application of Chinese herb belong to local treatment,which directly impact on affected area,avoid drugs through the body’s metabolism to reach the site,make the effect more quickly more directly,and is worthy of popularization and application.
