Clinical Study Of Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction In Treating Qi Deficiency Asthmatic Bronchitis

OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical efficacy and mechanism of this prescription on the treatment of qi deficiency type asthmatic bronchitis based on the clinical application of Yi Shi Ping Chuan,which provides a reliable basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Sixty patients with qi deficiency type asthmatic bronchitis who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were collected and grouped according to random and controlled statistical principles.The clinical study set the western medicine basic treatment group as the control group and the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group as the treatment group,and 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of general clinical information such as age,gender,and condition of the patients.The control group was treated with inhaled sulpiride.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction and the above-mentioned western medicine.The treatment was given for 1 week for a course of treatment.A total of 4 courses were observed.Observe and record the changes of the main symptoms,signs,laboratory tests and other indicators of the disease before and after treatment,and process the data and conduct a comprehensive clinical evaluation.The clinical study used SPSS25.0 system software to statistically analyze and process all the data of patients.The measurement data was expressed by(X~—±S),and analyzed and processed byχ2 test,t test and rank sum test.RESULTS:The total efficacy index of the two groups was 95.96%in the treatment group and 64.45%in the control group.The difference was significant.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.In terms of safety observation,no abnormal symptoms,signs and other safety indicators related to medication were observed,suggesting that the party has better safety.Conclusion:Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction has significant clinical effects in treating qi deficiency type of asthmatic bronchitis,and has obvious effects such as asthma,cough and phlegm.During the clinical study,the side was not found to have any side effects or adverse reactions.
