| Objective: Analysis and study on therapeutic tonga subtraction combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of blood stasis type winding resistance proliferation of early diabetic retinopathy clinical curative effect,further defined the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy machine quality,discussed the mechanism of the TCM acupuncture,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of proliferation of early diabetic retinopathyMethods: Eighty patients(155 eyes)with preproliferative diabetic retinopathy who met the inclusion criteria were collected and classified according to TCM syndrome differentiation.The 80 patients(155 eyes)were randomly divided into 40 patients(77 eyes)in the treatment group and 40 patients(78 eyes)in the control group.Among them,the treatment group was treated with xuefu zhuyu decoction plus or minus combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The treatment lasted for three courses,each course lasting for 30 days.The control group received calcium oxybenzosulfonate orally for three consecutive courses.The changes of visual acuity,blood lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin,fundus signs score and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after the treatment.Results :(1)xuefu zhuyu decoction plus or minus acupuncture significantly improved the vision of patients with pre-proliferative sugar mesh disease.(2)xuefu zhuyu decoction plus or minus acupuncture treatment has a more significant effect on improving the fundus of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy.(3)xuefu zhuyu decoction plus or minus combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of pre-proliferative sugarweb disease has a higher efficiency in improving the TCM syndromes,and is a truly effectivetreatment method in clinical practice.(4)xuefu zhuyu decoction plus or minus acupuncture treatment can regulate the level of blood lipid and glycated hemoglobin in patients.(5)both treatment group and control group can improve the symptoms and signs of pre-proliferative sugarweb disease,but xuefu zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has obvious advantages in clinical efficacy.Conclusion: Xuefu zhuyu decoction plus or minus combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of tangerine mesh disease with blood stasis and obstruction of blood vessels at the early stage of proliferation,has the clinical effect of improving the subjective symptoms of patients and the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and has a certain promoting effect on the improvement of patients’ vision and the relief of fundus signs.In addition,the treatment can also effectively reduce the level of blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin. |
