Clinical Study Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Systematic Syndrome Differentiation Pulse Acupuncture Therapy In The Treatment Of Vertigo Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with systematic syndrome differentiation pulse acupuncture therapy in the treatment of post-circulation ischemic vertigo syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,to provide reference and basis for pulse acupuncture correspondence,to establish an integrated diagnosis and treatment system of vertigo pulse-syndrome-treatment,and to provide a standardized and systematic treatment scheme for vertigo disease.Methods:60 patients with post-circulation ischemic vertigo syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis were included and divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of randomized control,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupuncture of bilateral taichong,Hegu,Tianfu,Kongzui,Xuehai and Baihui and Sishencong,while the control group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction for 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome score of vertigo,the score of vertigo Disorder Scale(DHI),the far-infrared thermogram results of the five areas of the forehead M(right 1/2),N(left 1/2)and the chest area A(right 1/3),B(middle 1/3)and C(left 1/3)before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.Both groups had exact efficacy,and the experimental group was more dominant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores of vertigo:TCM syndrome scores of experimental group and control group were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01),and the reduction range of TCM syndrome scores of vertigo in experimental group was better than that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of DHI scores:DHI scores of experimental group and control group were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01),and DHI scores of experimental group were significantly reduced compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of far infrared thermography results:The forehead temperature of experimental group and control group increased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the differences of temperature in M and N regions of experimental group and control group were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The temperature in the thoracic area of experimental group and control group increased after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the temperature increase between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the variances of A,B and C regions in the thoracic area of the experimental group and the control group were increased compared with that before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01),and the variances of the experimental group were increased less than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with systematic syndrome differentiation pulse acupuncture therapy in the treatment of post-circulation ischemic vertigo syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis has good clinical efficacy,which can significantly improve the vertigo symptoms and accompanying symptoms of patients,reduce the degree of vertigo disorder of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,improve energy metabolism in the forehead and chest area,and promote the circulation of qi and blood.Compared with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction alone,the efficacy is better and worthy of clinical application.2.Systematic syndrome differentiation pulse acupuncture therapy can be perfectly combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions through pulse diagnosis,providing a new idea and method for constructing the combination system of pulse-syndrome-treatment.
