Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Type Distribution And Clinical Characteristics Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Combined With Sjogren’s Syndrome

Objective:Comparing the secondary sjogren’s syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis with that of simple rheumatoid arthritis,to observe the laboratory examination data and distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes,to provide direction and active intervention for the early diagnosis of secondary sclerosing syndromes.Methods:Collecting 115 eligible RA patients in total,including 69 patients with simple rheumatoid arthritis and 46 patients with secondary sclerosing syndromes.Clinical laboratory examination data of the two groups of patients were collected,and establish database,using SPSS software to analyse data.To analyze and summarize its syndrome and clinical characteristics,and to assist the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation.Results:There was no difference in gender between the two groups.In terms of age,patients with RA and SS had a younger age of onset.In laboratory examination,the total protein level was increased in RA patients with SS,and the positive rate of platelet count was low and the increase was small.In patients with simple RA,the positive rate of c-reactive protein was high and increased significantly,and the positive rate of anti-ccp antibody was higherand more than 10 times of the normal upper limit.In terms of the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes,RA patients combined with SS are mainly featured by feng shi bi zu and qi Yin liang xu,which are at most feng shi bi zu,followed by qi Yin liang xu,the ESR of the latter is higher than that of the former.The most common type of rheumatoid arthritis is shi re bi zu.Conclusion:The difference of CRP、CCP、and the raise of TP、PLT between the two diseases was significant,while the difference of ESR、RF、Ig G、Ig M and the reduce of TP between the two diseases was not significant.RA patients combined with SS are mainly featured by feng shi bi zu and qi Yin liang xu,which are at most feng shi bi zu,followed by qi Yin liang xu,the ESR of the latter is higher than that of the former.
