| Objetive: To observe the clinical effect of using Xiaoke Tonglin Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection.Methods: Sixty-four patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,32 patients in one group,the control group was treated with antibiotics on the basic treatment,and the experimental group was given Xiaoke Tonglin Decoction on the basis of the control group.Treatment for 2 weeks.Results: A total of 60 patients completed the study.The total effective rate of clinical comprehensive treatment was 90% in the experimental group and 80% in the control group.The experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In the clinical symptoms and signs improvement of TCM,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group was better than the control group in improving blood sugar,glycated albumin and leukocytic cells(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in urinary bacteria conversion(P>0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoke Tonglin Decoction has excellent effect in treating this disease,and has a high cure rate,which can enrich clinical treatment. |
