Clinical Research On Treating Idiopathic Facial Palsy By Jiaweigegenqinlian Decoction

Objective:Describing the pathogenesis of Yangming damp-heat type idiopathic facial paralysis in this study.The treatment of Yangming damp-he at type idiopathic facial paralysis is treated with Jiawei Gegen Qilian Decoction.The effectiveness of Yangming damp-heat type idiopathic facial paralysis provides an effective theoretical and objective basis for the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis by analyzing and evaluating the clinical observation of changes in clinical signs and symptoms.Methods:Sixty patients with the diagnostic criteria of Yangming damp-heat idiopathic facial paralysis were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=30)and the control group(n=30),and there were no signific ant differences between the two groups in general.The experimental group was treated with Jiazhi Gegen Qilian Decoction.The basic prescription: Jiazhi Gegen Qilian Decoction(composition: Pueraria 30 g,Astragalus 15 g,Coptis 9g,Zhigancao 6g,Chuanxiong 20 g,windproof 15g).Addition and subtraction: add 30 g of honeysuckle on the top two weeks in the first two weeks;add 45 g of astragalus on the top of the last two weeks,30 g of Codonopsis pilosula,9g of whole sputum;control group: all tablets of mecobalamin,taken half an hour after three meals,Three times a day,0.5mg each time.After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of House-Brackmann facial nerve function grading and improved Portmann score was observed before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,and using SPSS24.0.Results:Statistical analysis: 1.House-Brackmann facial nerve function grading,:before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,both groups had significant clinical efficacy(P<0.01);2 weeks after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05);4 weeks after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the exper imental group was better than that of the control group.2.Modified Port mann score: before and after treatment,both groups can significantly improve clinical symptoms;2 weeks after treatment,closed eyes,nasolabial fold and showing teeth symptoms,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05);4 weeks after treatment,wrinkles,closed eyes,nasal,nasal and labial,showing teeth,squint ing,sputum,2/3 taste in front of the tongue,pain in the back of the ear,clinical trial the curative effect was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Tsinghua TCM Syndrome score: Both treatments significantly improved the wrinkles of the TCM syndrome,closed eyelids,nasolabial folds,slanting angles,pain behind the ears,and sticky stools(P<0.05);4 weeks after treatment,closed eyes,the angle of the mouth is skewed,the pain behind the ear,the face is greasy,the face is hemorrhoids,the mouth is bitter,the stool is sticky,the urine is yellow,and the test group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine prescription Jia Wei Gegen Qilian Decoction in the treatment of patients with Yangming damp-heat type idiopathic facial paralysis has a clear therapeutic effect,shortens the course of disease,safe drug use,no adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
