Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture Combined With Jiawei Qianzheng Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Wind-cold Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Jiawei Qianzheng Decoction in the treatment of acute peripheral wind-cold facial paralysis.By setting up a randomized controlled trial to compare the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,the clinical treatment of acute wind-cold type peripheral facial paralysis provide theoretical and clinical basis.Material and method:Sixty-four patients who met the diagnostic criteria for acute peripheral wind-cold facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group has32 cases.The control group was only treated with western medicine,take 30 mg of prednisone once a day for 7 days,and reduce 5 mg every day for 8-12 days,even for 12 days;vitamin B1 10 mg / time orally,3 times / d,even for 1 month;mecobalamin 0.5mg / time orally,3 times / d,and even served for 1 month.The treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with acupuncture combined with Jiawei Qianzheng Decoction,2 weeks for one course of treatment,2 days for 2 courses,and 2 courses for treatment.After the treatment,the H-B facial nerve function scale score and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were recorded and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results:1.After the treatment,H-B facial nerve function scores were lower than before treatment(P*<0.05),and the H-B facial nerve function score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference in H-B facial nerve function score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both treatments are effective and the treatment group is superior to the control group.2.After the treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment was effective and the treatment group was superior to the controlgroup.3.Comparison of clinical curative effect between the two groups: the cure rate of the treatment group was21.88%,the total effective rate was 84.38%,the cure rate of the control group was 15.63%,and the total effective rate was 62.50%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The significance of learning(P<0.05)indicates that the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Jiawei Qianzheng Decoction has a good clinical efficacy in treating acute peripheral wind-cold facial paralysis.It can improve the cure rate of the disease,and it is easy to operate.It can be used as one of the therapies for the treatment of acute peripheral wind-cold facial paralysis.
