Clinical Observation Of Wenxin Decoction In Treating Permnant Atrial Fibrilation Of Coronary Heart Disease With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Decoction on persistent atrial fibrillation of coronary heart disease with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with permanent atrial fibrillation of coronary heart disease were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of cardiovascular disease department of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to October 2018.The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method: the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were consistent in routine western medicine treatment.(1)The control group was treated with routine western medicine.(2)The experimental group was treated with Wenxin Decoction in conventional Western medicine.Two groups of course of treatment: 4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of observation of a course of treatment.The changes of TCM syndrome score,TC,LDL-c,NT-pro BNP and 24-hour average ventricular rate were observed before and after treatment.Results:Two groups of patients were treated with conventional western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine respectively.It was observed that the indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly improved,and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Firstly,the total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was 76.67%,which was better than 46.67% of the control group after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Secondly,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-c,NT-pro BNP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Moreover,the average ventricular rate of the two groups was significantly slowed down(P < 0.05)after the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and conventional western medicine respectively.The effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Wenxin Decoction combined with routine western medicine can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients with permanent atrial fibrillation of phlegm-blood stasis type coronary heart disease,but also significantly reduce the levels of TG,TC,LDL-c,NT-pro BNP,and slow down the average ventricular rate for 24 hours.The clinical effect is better than that of the control group,with no obvious adverse reactions and is safe and effective.
