Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Wenxin Ⅳ In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Ⅳ on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods: 72 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,while the treatment group was treated with Wenxin Ⅳ.The course of treatment was 6 months.Observe and record the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,angina pectoris curative effect,ECG curative effect,stop reducing of nitroglycerin,symptom score of angina pectoris,CRP,LDL-C,IMT,SAQ,etc.Results: compared with atorvastatin,Wenxin Ⅳ can improve TCM syndrome effect(P < 0.05),improve TCM syndrome integral(P < 0.05),increase clinical effect of angina symptom(P < 0.05),improve angina symptom integral(P < 0.05),increase ECG effect(P <0.05),and reduce CRP level(P < 0.05)In addition,there was a statistical trend in decreasing LDL-C and IMT(P = 0.070 and 0.085 respectively).Conclusion: Wenxin Ⅳ,based on the theory of blood stasis,can reduce the degree of body limitation,improve the stable state of angina pectoris,relieve the attack of angina pectoris,improve the satisfaction of treatment,increase the degree of disease cognition,reduce the level of inflammation,improve the quality of life of patients.It has a certain statistical significance in reducing LDL-C and IMT Trend,and has good security.Therefore,the next clinical and animal experiments need to be carried out to clarify the clinical treatment effect and related mechanism of Wenxin Ⅳ,and to tap the clinical experience of famous old Chinese medicine.
