Clinical Observation On Wenxin Fumai Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Premature Ventricular Contraction Of Qi And Yin Deficiency With Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenxin Fumai Decoction in the treatment of Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis of coronary heart disease(CHD)of ventricular premature contractions(VPCs)Methods:Using a central random system,A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases.Both groups received conventional treatment for CHD.In addition,the control group was treated With Metacentric particles,while the treatment group was treated with Wenxin Fumai Decoction.The therapeutic course of the groups were 2 weeks.After treatment,traditional Chinese medical(TCM)syndrome efficacy,Electrocardiogram(ECG)efficacy,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram efficacy and the total number of VPCs were compared and analyzed between the two groups.The medication safety was monitored.Results:1.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy was 86.67% in treatment group,while the total effective rate is 73.33% in control group,with statistical difference(P=0.045<0.05)2.Both groups can reduce the TCM syndromes points after treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01),the results showed that both groups could improve TCM syndromes of patients.After the treatment,two groups were compared,the results showed that treatment group was better than control group,with statistical difference(P=0.046<0.05)3.The total effective rate of ECG efficacy was 80.00% in treatment group,while is 73.33% in control group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).It showed that the electrocardiogram efficacy was equal between the two groups.4.The total effective rate of 24-hour dynamic ECG efficacy was 86.67% in treatment group,while is 80% in control group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).It showed that the 24-hour dynamic ECG efficacy was equal between the two groups.5.Both groups can reduce the number of VPCs after treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).After the treatment,the number of VPCs were compared,the results showed that treatment group was better than control group,with statistical difference(P=0.033<0.05)6.During the treatment,safety indices were in the normal range all the time,with no statistical difference(P>0.05)Conclusion: Wenxin Fumai Decoction was effective in treating coronary heart disease patients with VPCs.It can improve TCM syndromes,reduce the number of VPCs and has a good security.
