Research On Drug Law Of Professor Li Xiu-rong In Treatment Of Breast Cancer And Characteristics Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment

Objective: Using descriptive analysis and association rules analysis study and summarize drug law of Professor Li Xiu-rong in treatment of Breast cancer.So propose a general method to clinical treatment.Methods: By the method of retrospective survey,this study collected in September1,2016 to December 31,2018,Professor Li Xiu-rong Breast cancer cases and prescriptions in the outpatient and ward.Then established the database named tutor’s Breast cancer prescriptions.The statistical data software IBM SPSS 18.0 was used to process the Frequencies analysis and Cluster analysis and the basic drug laws were excavated by using the software Clementine 12.0.According to statistical rules and clinical practice,summarize Professor Li Xiu-rong’s drug law in treatment of Breast Cancer.Results: There were 167 patients in our study,which included 808 items of prescriptions and 266 kinds of herbs.The top 20 of the drugs in high frequency are radix glycyrrhizae,fritillaria thunbergii,semen coicis,radices paeoniae alba,concha ostrea,semen zizyphi spinosae,fossil fragments,astraglus membranaceus,radix bupleuri,radix pseudostellariae,nidus vespae,hedyois diffusabulbus lilii,poria cocos,atractylodes macrocephala,semen vaccariae,rhizoma paridis,radix ophiopogonis,pseudobulbus cremastrae seu pleiones and fructus hordei germinates;The reinforcing drugs were mostly used,And the following were heat-clearing drugs,sedatives and traquilizers,phlegm-expelling formula drugs and diuretics for eliminating dampness;The taste of the drugs my teacher used were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,And the medicinalproperties used were mainly plain,warm and cold,And the liver,lung,spleen,stomach and kidney were the mostly used channel tropism;The main used related drugs were radix bupleuri and radices paeoniae alba,astraglus membranaceus and atractylodes macrocephala,radix rhapontici and herba taraxaci,pericarpium citri reticulatae and thizoma pinelliae,semen coicis and fructus amomi villosi,radix pseudostellariae,radix ophiopogonis and fructus schisandrae chinensis.Conclusion: 1.Professor Li Xiu-rong regards harmonizing liver and spleen,removing toxic substance and stasis as the basic of breast cancer treatment and emphasizes overall convalesce,radical cure,emotion release and taste cultivation.2.The clinical reasonings of mentor are based on spleen and stomach caring,body building,Chinese & western combination and holistic treatment.
