Research On Data Mining Technology To Sort Of Professor Liu Tiejun In The Treatment Of Drug Laws Based On Epigastric Pain

Objective: The application of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.50),for the treatment of epigastric pain with national Professor Liu Tiejun studied retrospectively to summarize the clinical characteristics and prescription rule,have experience to old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.The study of Liu Tiejun in the treatment of epigastric pain syndrome,clinical experience and academic thought,epigastric pain for TCM treatment and clinical research to provide the reference.Methods: 240 patients with epigastric pain by medical prescription collection of Professor Liu Tiejun admissions,using TCM inheritance auxiliary system(V2.50),a traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine prescription database,input data,using the method to manage the database mining complex system entropy push poly based on data analysis and result output,mining law professor Liu Tiejun treatment prescription epigastric pain,analysis and treatment experience.Results: The TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,240 cases of prescriptions of Professor Liu Tiejun in the treatment of epigastric pain were analyzed,included a total of 95 symptoms,frequency is greater than 20 times of the 33 symptoms,the pain is more common,the most closely related symptoms and pantothenic acid,heartburn,hiccup,dry mouth,red tongue,yellow moss or white,smooth pulse.124 flavors of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine frequency is greater than 50 times 28,112 times the frequency is greater than the traditional Chinese medicine combination of 21 drugs such as high frequency,bupleurum,Fructus aurantii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Cyperi.Support is set to 112,0.7 confidence level,obtained 21,include 7 kind of herbs.On the basis of the analysis of the drug association degree,set up the parameters,and then use the complex system entropy clustering method to extract the 25 groups of core drug combinations,and make use of the unsupervised hierarchical clustering method to form the new Party of the 5.Conclusion:1.Analyze and summarize the results of this study,the professor Liu Tiejun treatment of epigastric pain with qi stagnation,Tongfu downbearing as the main therapeutic principles,andnursing care of the spleen and stomach,invigorating Qi,nourishing yin and clinical medicine.A comprehensive,flexible,focusing on regulating the internal organs,liver and spleen,strict compatibility,good use of medicine,classical prescription combination therapy.2.By using the software platform integrated data mining method and network visualization can be convenient and scientific for medication and Prescribing Rules in the treatment of epigastric pain,and can be used for the discovery of new drug research and development.At the same time and auxiliary from aspects of medicine,after deep classics,combined with traditional Chinese medicine we experience analysis,and constantly improve the clinical treatment.
