ObjectiveTo explore the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution on patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and the difference in general data, serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αlevel and some related laboratory indexes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of different TCM constitution. To guide the clinical treatment of syndrome differentiation, regulate physical fitness, strengthen early prevention,at the same time to provide a certain reference for the rheumatoid arthritis patients of different constitution in the selection of biological preparations.MethodsAll the research objects derived from the second people’s Hospital of Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine with rheumatoid arthritis during February 2018 to January 2019.The general data of the patients were collected, the physique of traditional Chinese medicine was determined, and the levels of anti-CCP antibody,RF,CRP,ESR and serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αwere detected, and the physique and the above data were studied finally.Adopt SPSS20.0 software to carry on statistical analysis.Results1.TCM constitution of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was dominated by Yang deficiency, accounting for 40.85%of the total cases.2.There was no difference in sex between patients with rheumatoid arthritis with Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency(P>0.05).3.The age distribution of rheumatoid arthritis patients with Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency was different(P<0.05),in which Yang deficiency was more in the<60-year-old group, and non-Yang deficiency was more in the≥60-year-old group.4.The positive rate of anti-CCP antibody and CRP in rheumatoid arthritis patients with Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency was different(P<0.05).There was no difference in the positive rate of RF and ESR between Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency in rheumatoid arthritis patients(P>0.05).5.There was a difference in serum IL-1 level between Yang deficient and non-yang deficient rheumatoid arthritis patients(P<0.05),while there was no difference in serum IL-6and TNF-αlevels between Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency rheumatoid arthritis patients(P>0.05).6.The discriminant function was obtained by discriminant analysis of Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency with age,anti-CCP antibody,CRP,IL-1,RF,gender,ESR,IL-6 and TNF-α:Y=-1.246-0.925X1+1.303X2+1.798X3-0.006X4-0.541X5+0.338X6-0.825X7-0.045X8+0.026X9(Y<0 is non-Yang deficiency,Y>0 is Yang deficiency).Conclusions1.TCM constitution of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is dominated by asthenic constitution, among which Yang deficient constitution is the most common.2.The age distribution of rheumatoid arthritis patients with Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency was different, and the number of Yang deficiency patients in<60-year-old group was more.3.The positive rate of anti-CCP antibody and CRP in patients with rheumatoid arthritis with Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency is different, and the positive rate of anti-CCP antibody and CRP in patients with Yang deficiency is lower.4.There was a difference in serum cytokine IL-1 level between patients with Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency in rheumatoid arthritis, and the serum IL-1 level was lower in patients with Yang deficiency.5.The discriminant function obtained in this study can be used to distinguish the Yang deficiency and non-Yang deficiency in patients with rheumatoid arthritis clinically.
