Shanghai Community Health Service System Research

Under the new era background,health is an inevitable requirement for a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.It is a concrete measure to increase people’s happiness and sense of achievement and an important step toward realizing the Chinese dream.Focus on Shanghai and grasp the development of health undertakings globally and strategically.Focusing on people’s health,we will push forward Shanghai’s healthy city construction in a down-to-earth manner.Healthy community is the basic unit of Shanghai in building a "healthy city." Therefore,establishing and improving community health service system plays an important role in the construction of "Healthy City."Based on the analysis framework of new public management,public product and new public service theory,this dissertation conducts research from the following six aspects:theory and practice based on the interdisciplinary research method and empirical research method.First,make a rational analysis of community health services and make an in-depth analysis of the connotation of health and health services and community health services and systems.Secondly,this paper analyzes the attributes and characteristics of community health services,elaborates the attributes of community health services from the two dimensions of social benefits and economic benefits,and sums up the characteristics of multi-body,multi-layered and mixed community health services.Thirdly,the government,market participants,social organizations,and natural persons involved in the community health service system are elaborated from the dimensions of participation and responsibility orientation,which reveals the relationship between the coordination and cooperation among multiple subjects in the community health service system.Fourthly,through the empirical research on the operating mechanism of community health service system in Shanghai,this paper summarizes the achievements made in the community health service system in Shanghai and the problems in its operation.Fifthly,through researching and combing theinfluencing factors of community health service demand,this paper put forward the idea of building "Trinity" community health service system based on structural equation(SEM),integrating physical fitness,medical care and nursing care.Sixthly,from the perspectives of integrating laws and regulations,advocating the central position of natural persons and promoting the participation of multiple forces in the community,we put forward policy suggestions on establishing and improving a community health service system.The conclusion of the dissertation is as follows: The construction of community health service system needs to form the "Trinity" of physical fitness,medical care and old-age care from the four parts of community health service supply,community health service demand,community health service fee and community health service personnel Community Health Services Architecture.The construction of community health service system should start with the demand of community health service of Shanghai residents and analyze the internal logical structure through the mechanism operation of community health service system in order to achieve the balance between supply and demand of community health service in Shanghai.
