With higher construction requirements for the public medical industry by the issuing of the plan outline of "healthy China 2030",public hospital will become an important force to implement the plan outline of "healthy China 2030".The increasing demand of society for public medical service is also an opportunity for the development of public medical industry.Public hospitals need to ensure sustainable development.Under the current background,the research on employees’ satisfaction of public hospitals is the necessary guarantee to realize the development of the public medical industry and the great goal of the "healthy China 2030" plan outline.In this paper,the questionnaire survey was conducted on the research object of a total of 1413 employees of four third-level hospitals in Shanghai.Through the empirical study on employees’ satisfaction of three-level hospitals in Shanghai,demographic variable factors influence on employees’ satisfaction situation were analyzed.According to the results and the characteristics of public hospitals,the discussion was carried out,and the countermeasures and suggestions improving the staff satisfaction of public hospitals were put forward from the government and hospital level.The results show that the staff satisfaction of third-level hospitals in Shanghai(3.29 ± 0.676)which is at the middle upper level and is decreased compared with previous studies of the same type.The main influencing factors of satisfaction are hospital cultural emotion,personal promotion and development,salary and welfare treatment,and hospital infrastructure.Demographic variables: compilation.On the basis of empirical research,this paper analyzed and discussed the characteristics of public hospitals and the theory of job satisfaction,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of hospital staff from the government and hospital level. |
