Objective: Discuss3 Dprinting technology in the application of Pilon fracture surgery value,to explore a more effective diagnosis and treatment schemes of Pilon fractures treated safely and quickly, provide clinical guidance and reference for clinical physicians and patients. Methods:cases from January 2015 to June 2017 in urumqi, xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital and fourth affiliated hospital orthopedic hospital line Pilon fracture surgery patients 105 cases, including 33 patients with use of3 Dprinting operation as the experimental group, pure traditional open reduction and plate internal fixation surgery patients 72 cases as control group.2 patients were observed in average operation time, postoperative blood loss, average using C arm, before and 4 weeks after treatment VAS pain score, the incidence of postoperative complications,12 weeks after treatment ankle said Mazur function evaluation. Results: In the experimental group, the average operation time was 173.85± 44.83 minutes, while the control group was 215.39 ±77.75 minutes, and the time of operation of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood volume of the experimental group was 136.67± 60.29 ml,and the average blood volume of the control group was 144.86± 64.72 ml.The blood volume of the experimental group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).In the experimental group, the average use of C arm was 2.54 ±1.06,while the average number of use in the control group was 4.86 ± 2.71,and the number of C arms in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, the pain score of VAS in the experimental group was 8.57±1.06,and the pain score of the control group was 8.61 ±1.32 before treatment. The difference of the pain score of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4 weeks after treatment, the VAS pain score was 1.77± 0.62,while the control group VAS pain score was 2.29±0.53,2 groups patients at 4 weeks after treatment VAS pain score, respectively, compared with before treatment were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group 4 weeks after treatment VAS pain score was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);Postoperative complications of the experimental group were 9.09%,and the complication rate was 12.5%in the control group. The incidence of complications was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the experimental group and the control group. In the 12 weeks after treatment, the function evaluation of the ankle joint Mazur was evaluated, the optimal rate of the experimental group was 90.90%,and the optimal rate of the control group was 87.50%,and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Pilon fractures treated by application of 3 d printing has the required time is short, less blood loss, postoperative C arm use fewer, less postoperative pain, lower incidence of postoperative complications, ankle joint function restore good characteristics.Compared with traditional simplex plate fixation,it has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion.
