Research On The Related Factors Influencing Pilon Fracture Typed | Posted on:2022-05-24 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:X G Zhang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2494306575480244 | Subject:Surgery | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objectives To explore the related factors affecting the classification of Pilon fracture,and the influence of ipsilateral fibula fracture on the type of Pilon fracture,to provide reference for a comprehensive clinical understanding of the classification of Pilon fracture.Methods Through the medical record system of Tangshan Second Hospital from January2014 to December 2018,181 patients who were diagnosed as Pilon fracture and met the inclusion criteria of this study were retrieved.The image in PACS system of Tangshan Second Hospital was used to inquire and record the classification of the included patients.Those issues as gender;age;open fracture;injury mode;fracture side;tibia position and state after fracture;ipsilateral fibula fracture;ipsilateral fibula fracture situation;ipsilateral fibula position and state after fracture;ipsilateral fibula fracture type;ipsilateral fibula fracture number;tibia fracture number;R(?)edi-Allg(?)wer type;AO type;CT type;etc.were recorded.The dependent variables were divided into different groups(R(?)edi-Allg(?)wer type I and type II as light group and type III as heavy group);(AO 43-B3;43-C1 and 43-C2 as light group;43-C3 as heavy group);(CT type I;II;III as light group;type IV as heavy group).Used statistical analysis,univariate analysis was carried out first,and P<0.1was considered statistically significant.Factors with statistical significance in univariate analysis results were taken as independent variables,and R(?)edi-Allg(?)wer;AO and CT type were taken as dependent variables,respectively,and multivariate binary Logistic regression was used for regression analysis.Then,the position of the ipsilateral fibula after fracture and the position of the tibia after fracture were tested byχ~2 test to obtain the correlation test results.Results Univariate analysis results showed that the factors with statistically significant differences in the R(?)edi-Allg(?)wer classification of dependent variables included gender;open fracture;injury mode;tibia position state after fracture;ipsilateral fibula fracture;ipsilateral fibula position state after fracture;ipsilateral fibula fracture type;ipsilateral fibula fracture number;tibia fracture number;The factors with statistically significant differences in the AO classification of dependent variables included gender;age;number of tibial fractures;The factors with statistical significance in CT classification of dependent variables include gender;age;injury mode and number of tibial fracture.Multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis showed that gender and tibial fracture number significantly affected the R(?)edi-Allg(?)wer classification;AO classification and CT classification of Pilon fracture.Theχ~2 test results show that the fracture after ipsilateral fibula position status and the location of the tibia after state have strong correlation.Conclusions 1 Gender is a significant risk factor that affects Pilon’s fracture classification.2 The number of tibial fracture blocks is a significant risk factor that affects Pilon’s fracture classification.3 Pilon fracture with fibula fracture has a strong correlation between the position of the fibula after the fracture and the position of the tibia after the fracture.Figure5;Table42;Reference100... | Keywords/Search Tags: | pilon fractures, fracture classification, affecting factors, fibula fracture | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
