Effects Of Different Light Qualities On Chemical Constituents Of Andrographis Paniculata Seedlings And Study On The Standard Decoction Of Six Kinds Of Chinese Herbal Medicine Such As Andrographis Paniculata

The light quality consists of the spectrum of different bands.Light quality not only affects plant growth and development and primary metabolism,but also affects the secondary metabolism of plants.It is an important factor affecting the content of active components of medicinal plants.In this part,the laboratory culture of Andrographis paniculata seedlings was used as the material.Red light,far red light,blue light and ultraviolet light were used to treat the Andrographis paniculata seedlings.The content of 6 chemical components was measured by LC-MS.The changes of the content were observed.The relationship between the light quality and the active ingredient of Andrographis paniculata was analyzed.This study will provide theoretical basis for the large area cultivation of Andrographis paniculata and optimizing the quality of medicinal materials to ensure the quality of standard decoction.In recent years,many new forms of drug use have emerged in the Chinese medicine market.Although these forms have achieved considerable benefits,there is also a backward supervision method,which can not solve the problems of different quality of different dosage forms,disunity of dosage and inconsistency of curative effect.In order to improve this situation in August 2016,the National Pharmacopoeia Committee proposed the concept of"standard Decoction" and standardized the different forms of drug use with standard decoction to ensure the accuracy of the clinical dosage and the consistency of the curative effect.In this part,the research object is Andrographis paniculata,Artemisia annua,perilla leaf,ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix Isatidis and Asteris Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle,collect 10-15 batch of typical medicinal materials,prepare the decoction according to the standard process,determine the content of the effective components of the decoction pieces and the standard decoction,caLCulate the transfer rate,inspect the paste rate of the standard decoction,and to establish a fingerprint analysis method,to provide the reference to the research of the other standard one.
