Clinical Study On TCM Prevention And Treatment Of Recurrent Abortion By Pre-thrombosis State

Purpose Objective to evaluate the characteristics of thrombosis before recurrence status of abortion in patients with pregnancy of TCM syndrome elements,and aims to explore the rules and effects of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thrombosis caused by recurrent abortion.Methods Choice of treatment in the outpatient department of Hangzhou Traditional Chese Medical Hospital in accordance with the inclusion criteria of 60 patients.A prospective clinical study of patients into groups,the use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation combined,syndrome differentiation type and symptomatic treatment,to adjust pregnant women’s physique is biased.Observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the situation,mid luteal uterine artery PI,RI and coagulation function routine,blood viscosity,D-dimer body,TEG and anticardiolipin antibody blood indexes reflecting the prethrombotic state,through the statistical analysis,exploratory study of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of thrombosis caused by recurrent abortion efficacy and rules.Results The total effect of this study:3 cases were cured,the cure rate was 5%,effective in 32 cases,the effective rate was 53.3%,effective 18 cases,effective 30%,invalid 8 cases,efficiency 13.3%,the total efficiency of 86.7%.After 3 courses of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine conditioning treatment:1.Patients with symptoms of self-test table scores decreased significantly,the symptoms improved significantly,before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment test there was a significant difference(P<0.01);2.In the mid luteal phase of uterine artery ultrasound pi and RI value after treatment showed a trend of gradual decline,there is statistical difference(P<0.05);3.Laboratory index D2 poly body after treatment showed a decreased trend,and 12 weeks of treatment compared with those before treatment with difference(P<0.05);thrombosis of thromboelastography in R value and K value increased,the angle decreased,the treatment 12 weeks compared with before differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in prethrombotic state caused by recurrent spontaneous abortion patients 60 cases,significant improvement in symptoms,significantly reducing D2 poly body and uterine artery PI,RI value,reduce thrombosis of thromboelastography angle,higher R value,K value and anticardiolipin antibodies and anti beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody from positive to negative,to thrombosis in patients to correct before state and adjustment were biased constitution purpose,prevention again abortion have a role.
