| Objective To investigate the metastasis mechanism of lung cancer spleen deficient.Method Given by multifactor method combined with cold and bitter purgation,fatigue and restricting food intake,the model of Lewis lung cancer mice with spleen deficiency was successfully established.Each group was dealt with the according plans and generally observed at the same time.And the blood taken from mice’s eyeballs was tested for the serum D xylose level;After the model was testified,mice were administrated with Jiawei HuangqiJianzhong for 11 days and then were sacrificed,being taken for lung and tumor tissues.Counting number of lung metastatic nodules,Power Vision technology was used to detect the expressions of HIF-1α,VEGF and MVD.Result The model of Lewis lung cancer mice with spleen deficiency was successfully established.The general condition of mice with spleen deficiency was bad,and the serum D xylose level were significantly lower than the normal group.The expression of HIF-1α,VEGF,MVD and the pulmonary metastatic nodules of lung cancer spleen deficient group were higher than lung cancer group.The expression of HIF-1α,VEGF,MVD and the pulmonary metastatic nodules of Jiawei Huangqijianzhong group were lower than lung cancer spleen deficient.Conclusion Spleen deficiency downregulation decline the serum D xylose level,upregulation the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF,increase the number of lung metastatic nodules and microvascular density in Tumor tissues,promote the metastsis of lung cancer.Jiawei HuangqiJianzhong an reverse the spleen deficiency syndrome,downregulation the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF,decrease microvascular density,against Tumor Angiogenesis,inhibit lung cancer metastasis. |
