With the liberalization of my country’s population control policies and the emergence of problems such as population aging,our country’s already scarce medical resources have become even more unbalanced.As an effective supplement to public hospitals,private hospitals are designed to alleviate the shortage of medical resources in my country and improve medical The competitiveness of the system plays an important role.Therefore,in recent years,with the encouragement of policies,private hospitals have become more and more important in the medical system.The number of private hospitals surpassed public hospitals for the first time in 2015.However,private hospitals have disadvantages such as small scale,poor management,and lack of platforms,which make it difficult to attract talents.In order to improve the human resource management status of private hospitals,this article takes the training modules in human resource management as the starting point,and uses W private hospitals as the research object to optimize the training system of W private hospitals,thereby essentially improving the manpower in W private hospitals The quality of resources promotes the transformation and development of W private hospitals.I also want to use this research to provide useful suggestions for the optimization of the training system of private hospitals from point to point.The research framework of this article is based on the research foundation of the process training management system,combined with the specific characteristics of W private hospitals,to optimize W from four steps: confirmation of training needs of employees,design of training plans,implementation of training plans,and evaluation of training results.The training system of private hospitals.This article is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research content and methods,and current research status at home and abroad.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical foundations,which respectively define the concepts and components of the training system.By comparing the introduction and comparison of structured training management system theory,process training management system theory,and learning organization theory,select process training management System theory serves as the research framework of this article.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and main problems of the W private hospital training system.Through the analysis,we find that the W private hospital training system has begun to be standardized,but the shortage of hospital resources has led to insufficient attention and lack of suitability for W The training system and the construction of the training system characteristic of private hospitals lag behind the strategic planning of W private hospitals,and the insufficient supervision of training effects leads to four problems of poor conversion of training effects.The fourth chapter aims at the problems in the third chapter,based on the establishment of training objectives and principles,and optimizes the training system of W private hospitals from the two aspects of training content and training optimization implementation path.The fifth chapter starts with internal and external safeguard measures,and strives for safeguard measures for the optimization of the training system of W private hospitals in multiple dimensions.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
