| Objective: Explore the emotional state of ordinary medical staff during the period of new coronavirus pneumonia(hereinafter referred to as the new crown)and analysis of its influencing factors.Identify the factors that affect anxiety, depression, perceived stress levels, and sleep conditions, and explore effective measures to relieve emotional states. Methods:A non-probability sampling design was adopted. From March 2020 to April 2020,the basic data survey scale,Generalized Anxiety Disorder7-Item(GAD-7)Scale,and depression screening scale were adopted.Table(Patient Health Questionnare-9(PHQ-9)),Perceived Stress Scale(PSS-10),Self-Rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)to investigate the new crown epidemic During the period,Heilongjiang medical staff’s depression, anxiety, perceived stress level and sleep status, finally completed 1357 cases.Use t test, analysis of variance(ANOV),Pearson correlation analysis, binary regression analysis and other methods, and use SSPS25.0 software to complete data statistics.Use Arc GIS 10.2 and R language to establish geospatial model and random forest tree model for data processing and analysis.Results:1.The detection rate of medical staff anxiety was 42.7%(of which, mild anxiety accounted for 73.7%,moderate anxiety accounted for 14.3%,moderate to severe anxiety accounted for 6.7%,and severe anxiety accounted for 5.3%).The depression detection rate was 39.9%(including mild depression 65.3%,moderate depression 21.0%,moderate severe depression 8.3%,and severe depression 5.4%).Medical staff with mild, moderate and severe sleep problems accounted for 24.8%,14.9% and 2.4%respectively.51.9% of medical staff perceive higher stress.2.The 1357 medical staff in this study scored higher in GAD-7(4.50±4.533),PHQ-9(4.61±5.185),PSS-10(14.47±5.787)and SRSS(22.06±7.45)Norm.3.The difference in the detection rate of anxiety among medical staff of different ages, working years, marital status, and alcoholism was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Medical staff of different ages and alcoholism have statistically significant differences in the detection rate of depression(P<0.05).5.Medical staff of different ages, working years, marital status, and alcohol abuse have statistically significant differences in perceived stress levels(P<0.05).6.The difference in the detection rate of sleep problems among medical staff of different types of work, age, and alcohol abuse was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Different gender, age, whether there is depression, perceived stress level, whether there is sleep problem is significantly related to anxiety(P<0.05).8.Different types of jobs, job titles, whether there is anxiety, perceived stress level, and whether there is sleep problems are significantly related to depression(P<0.05).9.Different ages, whether there is anxiety, whether there is depression, whether there is sleep problems are significantly related to the level of perceived stress(P<0.05).10.Different types of work, whether there is anxiety, whether there is depression, and the level of perceived stress are significantly related to whether there is a sleep problem(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the period of new coronary pneumonia, the medical staff participating in the survey had a higher detection rate of anxiety and depression, and the detection rate of perceived high pressure and sleep problems was also higher. The detection rate of anxiety, depression, perceived high pressure, and sleep problems of medical staff is higher than that in normal periods, and attention should be paid to the early identification of high-risk personnel, and certain adjustments and interventions should be given.According to the relevant factors in this survey,it has certain reference to improve the mood of medical staff. |
