| There are many disadvantages in the traditional medical mode,such as the lack of medical resources,the imbalance of distribution and the shortage of medical services.In recent years,the state has issued a series of policies to accelerate the integration of mobile Internet technology and medical services.Internet medicine is an inevitable trend of medical development,which plays a positive role in solving the imbalance between the supply of medical resources and the actual demand,promoting the effective use of highquality medical resources and reshaping the medical service system.However,Internet medicine has not been widely accepted by residents.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the willingness to use Internet medicine in order to promote Internet medicine put forward targeted suggestions.This study takes Anderson model as the theoretical framework to empirically analyze the influencing factors of urban residents’ willingness to use internet medical services.Firstly,on the basis of reading a large number of literature,the research design is carried out,the research hypothesis of this paper is put forward,and the questionnaire is designed.Taking the urban residents in a county as the survey object,the questionnaire survey is carried out,and the first-hand information is collected and the data is sorted out.Secondly,SPSS was used for reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the tendency factors,enabling factors and demand factors of internet medical use intention of the respondents,and to reveal the influence of each variable in the three factors on internet medical use intention.The results show that: first,age,occupation,and the use and cognition of Internet health care have a significant impact on the use of Internet health care,that is,young people show a higher willingness to use Internet health care than older people;professional groups of civil servants and institutions have a stronger willingness to use Internet health care;those who know and have used Internet health care have a higher willingness to use Internet health care More willing to use.Second,among the enabling factors,Internet use has a significant impact on internet medical use,and the willingness of daily users is higher than that of non users.Third,among the demand factors,the degree of attention to selfhealth status has a significant impact on internet medical use,and the higher the degree of attention to self-health status,the stronger the willingness to use.Based on the above research results,this paper believes that the development and popularization of Internet medicine should start from the following aspects: first,improve the construction of internet medical policy and system;second,strengthen the technical infrastructure of Internet medicine and strengthen information support;third,promote the further development of grass-roots Internet medicine;fourth,increase internet medical publicity and broaden publicity channels. |
