Objective:By observing the improvement of the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with carpal tunnel syndrome by observing the acupoint injection of needle knife combined with mecobalamin injection, assess the improvement of the clinical efficacy of this therapy in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome, and discuss this therapy How effective is the treatment for patients with carpal tunnel syndrome? Methods:Sixty patients with carpal tunnel syndrome aged 40-60 who were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria were selected from clinical patients. These patients came to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period from January 2019 to May 2021.Patients in the orthopedic clinic. These patients will be recorded in accordance with the order of treatment according to the requirements of the patient’s name, age, sex, course of disease and other basic information.Using the method of random grouping(random design completed with SPSS21.0 statistical software),they were divided into 2 groups: the control group was 30 patients with acupuncture combined with mecobalamin injection, and the treatment group was acupuncture and knife combined with mecobalamin injection.Acupoint injection in 30 patients.By observing the improvement of symptoms and signs before, after and 3 months after treatment, the clinical treatment effect of the treatment group for patients with carpal tunnel syndrome is discussed.Results:(1)From the perspective of overall treatment effect, there are 8 patients in the treatment group whose symptoms are completely relieved,13 cases have significant effects,6 cases are effective, and 3 cases are ineffective. The overall effective rate of the treatment group is90.00%;In the control group, there were 4 patients with complete relief of symptoms,7patients with significant effects,13 effective patients, and 6 ineffective patients. The overall effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.The two groups were statistically tested.<0.05,indicating that there is a significant statistical difference between the two,and the cure effect of the treatment group is more obvious than that of the control group.(2)After 3 months of treatment for all 60 patients, the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.After statistical data, the overall effective rate of the two groups was compared. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Regardless of whether it is the treatment group or the control group, compared with the two groups before treatment, all the individual points and total points of the two groups after treatment have been significantly reduced, which proves that the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).The individual points and total points of the treatment group after treatment were compared with those of the control group after treatment, and the difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).None of the selected patients in the treatment group and the control group had any obvious adverse reactions during and after treatment.Conclusion:(1)Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with carpal tunnel syndrome, and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving joint pain, numbness, and muscle recovery.(2)Acupotomy combined with mecobalamin injection has the characteristics of good curative effect, simple operation, small trauma, and relatively low cost, and can be used for clinical promotion.
