Intervention Strategy And Service Design Practice Of Nostalgia Therapy In Community Service For The Aged

With the accelerated development of global aging,the number of patients with disability and dementia in today’s society has been increasing year by year,and the number has exceeded the expectations of experts.On this basis,the demand for assistance and care for the elderly with dementia has greatly increased.At present,the optimization of the nursing care system for the elderly in the elderly community is a hot issue in society.The problem of population aging has been gradually revealed with the continuous development of science,technology and medical technology,and our country has also entered an aging society in this general environment.How to let the elderly enjoy better health care services and improve the quality of life and happiness of the elderly has become a hot topic and a problem to be solved in the public.The World Health Organization has long listed dementia as a public health problem.The main cause of accidents in the elderly with dementia is cognitive deterioration.The onset cycle of different people ranges from ten to several decades.The development process of dementia diseases ranges from transient amnesia to cognitive dysfunction to no recognition There are three stages of knowledge,which will cause a great burden on the elderly themselves,their families,and medical staff.Therefore,the dementia-type diseases that cause a series of social problems cannot be ignored.This article will analyze and explore from the perspective of service design how to intervene the nostalgia therapy of non-drug therapy in the elderly community for systematic cognitive training.The preliminary work of the service design is mainly through searching and sorting out domestic and foreign documents on cognitive training for dementia,and in-depth analysis of the care system and health care system modules in the elderly community,so as to improve the cognitive ability training service.Foundation,and then design nostalgic therapy programs suitable for aging communities.The core of the program design is to repeatedly stimulate the cognitive abilities of the elderly through directional training on cognitive functions.The training is mainly for the elderly who have a score greater than or equal to 24 points on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Medical Scale and are between 75 and 85 years old..Through many product field experiments and practices,the practical intervention of non-drug therapy nostalgia in the elderly community is finally realized.
