| Objective: To treat middle-aged and elderly patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee joint by oral administration of Bushen Huoxue Decoction after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA),and observe the HSS score(Hospital for Special Surgery)of the knee joint.Knee score,VAS score(visual analogue scale),knee joint range of motion(Range of Motion)score,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)levels in synovial fluid,etc.,determine Bushen Huoxue Decoction for short-term clinical efficacy and advantages after unicondylar replacement,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment after knee replacement.Method: Select 50 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020,and treated medial compartment osteoarthritis through unicondylar replacement of the knee joint.At the same time,they met the TCM syndrome after the operation.Hou is a condition of shen xu xue yu type.Fifty patients were randomly divided into a control group and a traditional Chinese medicine observation group,a group of 25 cases,both groups maintained conventional treatment after unicondyle replacement,and the traditional Chinese medicine observation group was given kidney supplementation on the first day after the operation based on this treatment Oral treatment with Huoxue Decoction.Routine examinations were performed before surgery,and HSS scores,VAS scores,knee range of motion,TNF-α and IL-6 indexes were recorded one day before and after surgery.Result:1.VAS score results The VAS scores of each group of patients were compared 1 day before the operation,P>0.05,indicating that the data can be compared;the VAS scores of the two groups on the first day after the operation and the VAS scores of the two groups on the 14 th day after the operation are being compared,The results showed that P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;in the comparison of the two groups of VAS scores on the 3rd day after surgery and the two groups of VAS scores on the 7th day after surgery,it was suggested that P<0.05,the differences were statistically significant significance.2.ROM score results A comparison of the ROM scores of each group of patients 1 day before the operation showed no difference,P>0.05,which can be compared;after the operation,the ROM scores of the two groups on the 3rd day and the ROM scores of the two groups on the 7th day after the operation were compared,both showed P<0.05,the difference is significant;in the comparison of ROM scores between the two groups on the 14 th day after operation,the result is P>0.05,the difference is not significant.3.HSS scoring results In the comparison of HSS scores of patients in each group on the first day before surgery,P>0.05,the data of the two groups can be compared;on the third day after surgery,the comparison of HSS scores between the two groups showed P>0.05,indicating that the difference is meaningless;The comparison of HSS scores between the two groups at 14 days indicated P<0.05,and the difference was significant.4.TNF-α results Compare the TNF-α of each group of patients on the first day before surgery,P>0.05,the data of the two groups can be compared;on the first day after the operation,the comparison of TNF-α results between the two groups shows P>0.05,the difference is meaningless;In the comparison of the results of the two groups of TNF-αon the 7th day and the two groups of TNF-α on the 14 th day after the operation,the results showed that P<0.05,the difference was significant.5.IL-6 results The IL-6 of each group of patients was compared one day before the operation,the data of the two groups can be compared,P>0.05;in the comparison of the IL-6 of the two groups on the first day after the operation,the result shows P>0.05,the difference is meaningless;Comparison of IL-6 between the two groups on the 7th day after the operation and the IL-6 between the two groups on the 14 th day showed that P<0.05,indicating that the difference is significant.Conclusion: In the treatment of medial compartment osteoarthritis,unicondylar replacement of the knee joint has many advantages such as less blood loss,less trauma,and rapid recovery of limb function.In the postoperative limb rehabilitation,routine The treatment plan combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction is more effective and more effective than conventional treatment alone in many aspects,combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,is more acceptable,and can significantly improve the patient’s satisfaction with life,conventional treatment after surgery plus traditional Chinese medicine Oral,this program is worthy of clinical application. |
