【Purpose】The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical treatment effect of self-made wearable far-infrared hyperthermia on patients with wind-cold-dampness cervical spondylosis.【Method】(1)Literature research: use CNKI,Wanfang,Pubmed,Geen Medical and other literature databases and related books to retrieve the clinical use of far-infrared rays and the progress of diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis in Chinese and Western medicine.(2)Experimental research:①This study adopted a self-control method and included 50 subjects with windcold-dampness cervical cervical spondylosis and used a self-developed wearable farinfrared hyperthermia instrument to treat them.The specific method was that the subjects used far-infrared once a day Hyperthermia,35 minutes each time,6 days 1course,3 courses in total,1 day interval between each course.②Observation indicators: NPQ Neck Pain Scale,VAS Score,CASCS Scale Score,Cervical Joint Mobility,Infrared Temperature of Neck and Shoulder.(3)Statistical method: use Excel 2019 software to carry out the basic data sorting,and use SPSS 22.0 software to make statistical analysis of the differences in the selected observation indicators before and after treatment.【Result】In this trial,4 subjects fell off,and a total of 46 subjects completed the trial.Among them,1 case was cured,31 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and9 cases were ineffective.The overall effective rate was 80.43%.The analysis of the results of each indicator is as follows:(1)NPQ Neck Pain Scale: after treatment,the score of NPQ Neck Pain Scale increased.The difference between the patients’ NPQ Neck Pain Scale before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the cervical spine dysfunction improved significantly;(2)VAS score: after treatment,the patient’s VAS score decreased,and the difference between the patients’ VAS score before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the patient’s neck pain was reduced;(3)Cervical joint range of motion: after treatment,the range of motion of cervical spine joints in the 6 directions of flexion,extension,and lateral flexion increased to different degrees,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The patient’s cervical spine motion was limited The improvement is obvious;(4)CASCS scale score: after treatment,the patient’s CASCS scale score increased,the difference in CASCS scale score before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),the patient’s clinical symptoms were reduced,and the quality of life improved;(5)Infrared temperature of neck and shoulder: the average temperature of the neck and shoulder area of the patient increased after treatment,and the linear temperature of the second cervical vertebra to the seventh thoracic vertebra increased,and the difference between the front and back was significant(P<0.05).Regional blood circulation increases and inflammation decreases.【Conclusion】(1)The far-infrared therapy based on the self-made wearable far-infrared hyperthermia instrument has a significant effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis of wind-cold-dampness type.It can warm the meridians and dredge the collaterals,invigorate yang,increase blood circulation,and improve the patient’s pain,limited joint movement and muscles.Spasticity improves the quality of life of patients.(2)The far-infrared therapy based on the self-made wearable far-infrared hyperthermia instrument is simple,efficient,comfortable,safe and easy to accept,and it is worthy of clinical research and promotion. |
