Professor Guo Lizhong’s Clinical Experience On Treating Rheumatism Due To Wind Cold Dampness From Fuyang

[Objective]The tutors from Fuyang on clinical treatment of wind cold dampness were studied retrospectively,the tutors from Fuyang clinical thoughts on treatment of wind cold dampness was discussed,summarized the method of syndrome differentiation and herbal prescription characteristics summary mentor,rich Chinese medicine for cold and dampness of the theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking to improve the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome of cold and dampness.[Methods]Through the relevant literature and consulting with long-term outpatient division,according to the unified standard of tutor in 2012 01 to 2017 03 months all cold and dampness medical records were collected,using frequency frequency analysis,Wilcoxon signed rank test and other statistical methods using drug information,statistical analysis of basic letter patients,and by statistics the change of the integral of TCM syndrome diagnosis at the end of the first,to evaluate the clinical curative effect,so as to analyze the tutor on the treatment of cold and dampness the clinical thoughts and medication rules from Fuyang legislation.[Results]Through the arrangement and screening,88 cases of wind damp arthralgia which met the requirement were obtained,and 750 cases were diagnosed.Among them,23 men,accounting for 26.1%,women 65,accounting for 73.9%,male to female ratio of 1:2.8,more women than men.The age was mainly distributed between 20-69,among which the 50-59 age group was the most,accounting for 33%.Without excluding Western diagnostic cases,with primary disease of connective tissue and autoimmune diseases,accounting for 23.86%,including 16 cases of rheumatoid arthritis,2 cases of Sjogren’s syndrome,2 cases of ankylosing spondylitis,1 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus;secondly,osteoarthritis in 10 cases,accounting for 11.36%,2 cases including knee pain,2 cases of cervical spondylosis,meniscus injury in 1 cases after surgery,1 cases of sacral canal cyst,1 cases of carpal tunnel syndrome,1 cases of lumbar disc herniation,1 cases of plantar fasciitis,1 cases of hip joint effusion;metabolic diseases and other diseases accounted for 3.41%and 5.68%.The clinical symptoms of high frequency were limb pain 81 times,accounting for 92.05%,fear of cold 61 times,accounting for 69.32%,stiff 38 times,accounting for 43.18%,restless sleep 38 times,accounting for 43.18%,35 times fatigue,limb soreness accounted for 39.77%,33 times,accounting for 37.5%,abnormal stool 32 times.Accounted for 36.36%;the tongue of high frequency for carmoisine of 71 times,accounting for 80.68%,thick and greasy fur 67 times,accounting for 76.14%,while tooth marks 34 times,accounting for 38.64%,body fat 16 times,accounting for 18.18%;the pulse frequency is more veinlets 66 times,accounting for 75%,tight pulse 46 times.52.27%,do 39 times,accounting for 44.32%,pulse 33 times,accounting for 37.50%.The main pathological factors include deficiency of 66 times,accounting for 75%,Hanxie 62 times,accounting for 70.45%,dampness 48 times,accounting for 54.55%,Zhuodu 11 times,accounting for 12.50%,other 19,accounting for 21.59%,the other class contains phlegm in 3 cases,but 6 cases,10 cases of pathogenic wind.The main pathogenesis is Yang deficiency and dampness stagnation,blood stasis,cold filled,accounted for 71.59%,60.23%,51.14%,21.59%,6.82%.The main treatment method for temperature and Tongxuan Bi Wenyang Chubi two method,using the method of Wen Tong(Tong Yang Xuan Bi Fang 22 cases and 7 cases of temperature Tongfang)in 29 cases,accounting for 32.6%;9 cases with Wen Yang Chien France,accounting for 10.23%,of which 2 cases of middle temperature drop,the temperature Yunzhong earthwork in 7 cases the use of temperature;Yang Chien pole in 47 cases,accounting for 53.41%,which in 34 cases of Bi Fang Wen Yang,4 cases in 1 cases of lean pulp,Yang water,2 cases of 6 cases of nourishing the heart and spleen,warming potential side.There were 1 cases including Gegen Decoction and 2 cases of Ephedra Fuzi Asarum decoction.Frequently use one prescription(in the frequency of the drug is not less than 100)category distribution respectively from high to low:tonic medicine,cold medicine,medicine for rheumatism,wet medicine,sedative drug(before five),which were respectively 2995 times,2395 times,1033 times,912 times,555 times the total frequency of use.One of the core using drugs:licorice,epimedium,eucommia,Atractylodes,astragalus,Morinda officinalis,angelica,aconite,ginger,fennel,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Aconiti Preparata,asarum,pine,clematis.Heather Festival rattan,papaya,angelica,notopterygium,Passepartout(20)etc..In the evaluation of the curative effect,the total score of the patients before treatment was 22.62 + 7.45,and the treatment was 8.91 +5.19,which was significantly different from the statistical treatment(t=18.630,P<0.01).The total effective rate was 93.18%.[Conclusions]1.The middle-aged and elderly female patients were mainly treated by the treatment of rheumatism due to wind cold dampness.2.Fuyang of instructors from the common symptoms of treatment of wind cold dampness are:limb pain,cold chills,body stiff;tongue to carmoisine,thick and greasy fur and teeth marks up;pulse veinlet,tight pulse,slippery pulse,weak pulse;western medicine mainly relates to diseases including rheumatoid arthritis bone and joint disease,ankylosing spondylitis and Sjogren syndrome etc..3.Tutors from Fuyang on basic pathogenesis treatment of wind cold dampness for Yang deficiency and dampness stagnation and blood stasis;to warm and cold as the main treatment,and expelling wind phlegm and removing blood stasis drugs commonly used as auxiliary;licorice,epimedium,eucommia,Atractylodes,astragalus,angelica,Radix Morindae Officinalis,aconite,ginger,fennel,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Aconiti Preparata,asarum,pine,clematis,Heather Festival rattan,papaya,angelica,notopterygium,Passepartout(20)etc..4.The tutor in the treatment of wind cold dampness on the two basic treatment to help fill Yangxuan through temperature and temperature,emphasizing the clinical treatment based on the concept of time points,use warm medicine to Yang Tong Yang,Yang,Wen Yangjian,French Chubi pole with Yang Chien temperature as the main stages,development new ideas for the treatment of wind cold dampness.
