The Research Of The Measure And Application Of The Healthy Society

Since the 20 th century,the health problem has been paid more and more attention by the national society,and the health strength has gradually become a part of the national strength.With the continuous development and progress of society,people’s voice for building a healthy society is also higher and higher.Especially in early 2020,the outbreak of COVID-19 aroused people’s thirst for healthy society.Based on the study of the connotation and extension of healthy society,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of healthy society,selects 21 countries including China as the research object,and uses Interruption time series model,Absolute β-convergence model,Entity fixed effects regression model and other models to analyze the comprehensive index of healthy society in China and major foreign economies from different angles.The research process can be roughly divided into five stages.The first stage,theoretical research.Through sorting out the health thought from Marx theory to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and combining the relationship between human and society,deduces the connotation and four main manifestations of healthy society;The second stage,construction of comprehensive evaluation index system of healthy society.Based on the previous analysis and related theories,a comprehensive evaluation index system of health and society was constructed,including four second-level indicators and thirteen third-level indicators;The third stage,calculation and analysis of China’s healthy society index.Based on the data of China from 1998 to 2018,this paper calculates the healthy society index of China in the past 21 years,analyzes its development trend,and further uses the interruption time series model to verify the impact toughness of Chinese society;The fourth stage,international comparative study of health society index.According to the above index system,the health society index of 21 countries from2014 to 2018 was calculated,and the horizontal comparative study was conducted between China and other countries;The fifth stage,empirical study on the evolution law and influencing factors of healthy society.Using absolute β convergence model,kernel density estimation and other methods to study the evolution law and distribution changes of the comprehensive evaluation index,and use the individual fixed effect model to empirically analyze the social health index and its influencing factors with international data.The results show that the health level of Chinese society is increasing year by year,and the rising speed is accelerating.Chinese society has a strong ability to resist shocks,generally,external and internal shocks can not strongly affect the social health of our country,the conclusion is roughly consistent with the actual situation.At the same time,the international comparison shows that China’s healthy society still has strong development potential and great room for progress,and the social health degree of major countries shows a trend of polarization.Finally,the empirical results show that urbanization rate,government medical expenditure and general public service expenditure have a positive impact on social health.Therefore,this paper gives the following suggestions:First,improve the ability of independent innovation;Second,increase the urbanization rate;Third,increase government investment in education and health care,and pay more attention to education equity;Fourth,protect the ecological environment;Fifth,strengthen international cooperation and enhance international status.
