Objective:The clinical data of patients with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma treated with non-aired transaxillary thyroid surgery were selected and compared with the clinical data of traditional open thyroid surgery to explore the application effect of non-aired transaxillary ET in the treatment of PTMC.Methods:Selected 80 cases of PTMC surgically treated from June 2019 to April2020 in the Oncology Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College.Among them,35 cases underwent non-inflated transaxillary ET(axillary group)and traditional open surgery(Traditional group)45 cases, compare the perioperative data of patients in the axillary group and the traditional group and the postoperative follow-up 3 months later.Use statistical software SPSS 22.0 to analyze and summarize the collected data. Results:The operations in both groups were successfully completed, and no case in the axillary group was converted to open.In terms of gender ratio, tumor size, and tumor location, there was no statistically significant difference between the axillary group and the traditional group(P>0.05).Average age: The axillary group was(36.6± 7.6)years old,and the traditional group was(44.3 ± 10.9)years old.The two groups were statistically significant in age(P<0.05),indicating that the patients in the axillary group were younger.Operation time:(109.0±23.9)min in the axillary group and(64.5 ± 16.4)min in the traditional group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the operation time in the axillary group was longer. The amount of drainage fluid on the first day after surgery:(62.7±9.5)ml in the axillary group and(51.4±6.7)ml in the traditional group. There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the axillary group was the first postoperatively Daily drainage volume is more.Intraoperative blood loss: the axillary group was(24.3±4.2)ml,and the traditional group was(31.4 ± 5.9)ml.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the axillary group had less intraoperative bleeding. The neck VAS score on the third day after surgery: the axillary group was(2.5 ± 0.6)points,the traditional group was(3.5±0.7)points,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating postoperative pain in the axillary group Lighter. The number of lymph node dissection in the central area:(3.1±2.5)in the axillary group and(2.4±2.4)in the traditional group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The group is comparable. There was no statistically significant difference between the postoperative hospital stay and the occurrence of complications between the axillary group and the traditional group(P>0.05).Three months after the operation,a follow-up survey was conducted on the cosmetic satisfaction of the two groups of patients. The axillary group was significantly more satisfied than the traditional group(P<0.05).Both groups were followed up for more than 3 months, and no recurrence or metastasis was found.Conclusion:1.Non-inflation transaxillary ET for PTMC has the same safety and feasibility as traditional OT.2.The non-inflated transaxillary approach ET hides the surgical incision in the axillary, the postoperative patient satisfaction is high, and it has better cosmetic effects.3.Compared with traditional OT,the non-inflated transaxillary ET treatment of PTMC has less bleeding and less postoperative pain, and the number of lymph nodes in the central area, postoperative complications and postoperative hospital stay are the same as OT,but the operation time is longer..
